I am currently offering two online training packages.
A 45 minute long session 4 days a week, with an allotted 15 minute twice weekly check in call and nutrition plan.
Cost - $250/month
or
1 hour long session 3 days a week, with 2 allotted 15 minute check in calls and nutrition plan.
Cost - $250/month
These training sessions will take place online, you will workout while video chatting with me, to ensure proper form and to have me coaching you one on one.
The check in calls are going to be vital for success and are to help ensure accountability as well as so that I can know and understand key factors that may be excelling your progress or causing a decline. We are in this together, and I can't be successful if you aren't.
This pricing is monthly pricing. If you are in need of a payment plan that can be arranged, please reach out, I would be happy to work something out with you.
Summer BOOTCAMP Series
These sessions are geared toward helping families to workout together and to gain knowledge on living a more active and healthy lifestyle as a unit. Each will will have different workouts from HIIT, to Cardio to Circuit Training, but all family friendly and all fitness levels are welcome. The only required equipment is a beach towel or a yoga mat. Feel free to bring some weights along if you have a certain set you prefer. Gatorade and water will be provided throughout.
Your Home - In Person Training
In Person Training (Your Home)- Cherokee/Cobb/Pickens Counties
These sessions will take place directly in your home, you must have a space designated with weights available. This package includes daily check in texts, as well as 3 or 4 days a week of 1 hour training sessions and a nutrition plan with an allotted 15 minute twice weekly check in call.
3 day package cost - $350/month
4 day package cost - $425/month
Gym -In Person Training
In Person Gym Training - Your gym or mine - Pickens/Cherokee/Cobb
You must have a gym membership that allows guests for this one or be a member of my home gym.
This package is for 1.5 hour sessions - 3 days a week and also includes a nutrition plan with an allotted 15 minute twice weekly check in call. $275/month
